NWT Cute Fruit Top with Puff Sleeve with Ties Very Small Sz L

This NWT shirt with a fruit print is so cute!! It's got puffed sleeves that tie at the wrist and a ruched elasticized back for a little extra room. This says it's a L, but it is definitely on the small side. It seems more like a S/M to me. Bust: 15" with up to 2" additional stretch on the back. The back stretch does not really do much for the front, so this probably wouldn't work well if you have a larger bust. The body not including shoulders is 13"
