Are these an 8.5? The inside of the shoe says 40 right? A 40 is a 10?

@sphinxlia actually, a EU 40 is a 10. A EU 8.5 is a 38.5. You might want to check the Jeffery Campbell size chart.

A EU 39 is a 9. It’s impossible for a 8.5 to be two EU sizes.

@matheson_l ok girl, go off I guess? I personally wear an 8.5 or 9 US, as well as a 39 in some brands and 40 in others. These PARTICULAR shoes fit like a wider 8.5, or a 9 if you’re willing to break them in a bit. Use that information as you’d like.

@sphinxlia lol, you’re my kinda gal! I’m an 8-8.5, and I cannot EVEN tell you how many times I’ve had to order a 40 in European sizes. Occasionally I’ve even caught myself almost buying like Australian sizes, lol. It’s all about the brand, and how their sizes run. And if I’m not mistaken, I think Italy sometimes has their own set of sizes as well. People are so funny! Gonna argue about pshh! 🤣🤦🏻♀️🤭
