great used condition, some general wear. vintage look. vibrant teal blue knit ribbed fabric with beige buttons down front. elastic waistband. no brand or fabric tag but fabric is very soft and stretchy no size tag but fits like a small. waist 12" flat, stretches to 14". hips 19" flat with stretch. length 29.5"
