Brand new just arrived today but is too small for me. Laid flat the skirts waist measures 14” across (so 28” total) but it felt smaller. I’m on the upper end of a size 4 and am thicker so a smaller size 4 with skinnier legs and a smaller bum might be fine, but I feel like it would fit a size 2 or 2/4 better. Skirt is labeled “slightly imperfect” due to that tiny little dot (pictured) that is like the size of a needle point and isn’t even noticeable. This skirt is so cute but too small for me and they are cute writ sold out of all sizes.
