The outside is adorned with a plethora of floral designs and colors! The attention to detail is gaudy, in the best way! The handles are about 14” long each! There is a small tag inside, very hard to access, that says made in Philippines and Bags by Patricia. The inside is lined with a vinyl of sorts, which is in great condition also!
