Vintage Ruffle Wrap Blouse

This beautiful and vibrant one of a kind vintage crop ruffle wrap blouse is in overall good vintage condition. Has a tiny, barely noticeable brown spot in the front and a few tiny snags, as seen in pictures. No holes. Size M. Total length 19”, sleeve length 20”, pit to pit 18”. Has attached shoulder pads. 100 % cotton. Model in the picture is 5’6” and usually wears size S. All the vintage pieces in my closet are carefully hand picked and cared for. Since these pieces are 20+ years old some wear is normal and to be expected. I try my best to mention all the details/flaws in the clothing, however sometimes I may overlook things, which I do apologize.
