cocopuffseattle @molly_eclair Sorry for late reply. The Banana republic site doesn't have or keep the material composition anymore so I'm not sure. The name to search online is "banana republic PUFF TIE-SLEEVE BLOUSE". As for measurement, i can measure while laying it flat and let you know!
