Art to wear vibes with this navy blue and grey striped sleeveless top by One September that features a stunning u-shaped neckline trimmed in ruffled fringe with lace and raw hem detailing. Back is subtly pleated and has more fringe across the neckline. Rayon polyester blend. So eclectic! Size medium and in good preowned condition no flaws or major signs of wear. Does have signs of normal wash wear on fabric (see pics).
