Forever 21 black dress or tunic

Early y2k black dress or could be worn as a tunic. Plain black with lace on the collar and the bottom of the dress, as well as the edges of the sleeves. It’s in awesome shape only worn once or twice. No holes or snags in the material and comes from a smoke free home. There is no size tag but I’m almost positive it is a small.
