New York & Company pencil skirt. This skirt is tan colored (photo is lighter than actual color) and made of 75% cotton, 20% nylon and 5% spandex. It is unlined and the length hits at the knee. It has a zipper in the back as well as a small slit at the bottom. It is in excellent used condition and will look great on you!
