This frame is approximately 12 inches square. The yellow flower is approximately 4 inches with 4 smaller flowers in the corners. The frame is a light colored wood. There is a very small scratch on the glass, I tried to show in pic, the dark line is the shadow of the scratch, you have to look really hard to see it. This is a very cute piece.

shashagroves @eriebearie Don't think it would damage it, but may be difficult to remove. The only way looks like to me is to cut it off with a blade, but I don't know what is behind the velvet backing.
