Vintage 1970’s Velvet Patchwork Maxi Skirt I think this could fit a Size Large or XL. The waistband is elastic and looks like it may have been taken in at some point. You can always have it altered if it’s too big. Excellent condition. 😍😍😍It’s a little long for me without heels - Please see photos for measurements. Probably handmade. So fantastic 👏🏽
