Talbot's blue and white sleeveless blouse

Really cute summer blouse from Talbot's. Note the ruffles down the V neckline to the hem, which makes this a very flattering look. Sleeves are slightly capped. Approximate measurements are 23" from shoulder to hem and 17" from pit to pit.
