Got this at a thrift shop in San Francisco years ago. Loved the volume of this skirt, the thick waist with belt loops (never came with a belt) and skirt has a side zipper. Loved that someone did an up cycle with a Shibori tie dye probably not original but definitely makes a statement. See photos for flat measurements. Great for spring and summer wearing. Size large.
