This cute vintage skirt is the pop of color with a touch of whimsy that your spring/summer wardrobe needs! It’s a cotton skirt with stenciled appliqué. There are no maker’s marks so I would hand wash and line dry it to preserve the paint. I’ve sized it as a medium based on the waistband.
