Fishbowl Royal Blue Dress

Royal blue dress with two layers. Inner layer is a blue slip like material (see photos). Outer layer is a beautiful lace like design (see photos). This dress is so pretty with the way the outer layer is longer than the inner layer in the front and back, as well as top and bottom. Black and silver zipper goes up back. Layers are held together by string inside the dress. Dress was only worn once.
