This is a really fun dress, it is just time for someone else to have fun with it! It has fit me well when I was more of a 12 and more of a 14. The empire waist is elasticized with small ruffles on it, which adds more fun on top of the pattern. I've worn the top as-is, which reveals a bit of cleavage, and with a safety pin. The dress is lined (black), so it is easy to hide a pin. It washes really nicely and doesn't wrinkle. It is about 3 years old, so I'm guessing at the original price. Hopefully between this price and the shipping, it is a good deal for you and it will find a good home!
