Choker neck cold shoulder peplum top ruffled lace

Beautiful royal blue fabric with a sheen. Choker/mock turtleneck is connected to the torso with a delicate lace panel. Zipper & keyhole closure in back. Peplum ruffle. I have the same top in white.
