This little black dress is brand new with tags by Evan Picone. Has a flattering scoop neck line. Very short sleeves. Unstretched armpits to armpit measures 18 and 1/2 in. From back of collar to hem measures 40 in. This dress has a great fit and flare or a line style from the waist to the hem. I do believe this is mismarked on size so I am going to list it as a medium. Definitely check the measurements. LBD
