Polka dot fun party dress 80s dress Pride

This is a happy dress! Colors are vibrant … was going to wear to a artcar party but decided on another look. Has pockets; top is lined but circle skirt is not. Cap sleeves. The polka dots are not see thru. Has darts in front for larger bust line. 36/38 bust; 32 waist. 38 inches length. Great condition except for 2 snags as seen in photos.
