This lovely blouse by Velvet by Graham & Spencer features a gorgeous floral embroidery on the front hem and sleeves, lace trim, and a front pleated detail. Back keyhole button closure. Fabric is light and airy. The color is “cream” and looks like a soft white in person. I purchased this from Stitch Fix. Please see photos for measurements.
