chrisonthia @oceansbeautiful don’t mean to be a pain but does the actual lamp internal say it’s ok to use that voltage? Usually it is written inside the bulb holder.

oceansbeautiful @chrisonthia this is the one I've had in it and no issues. I never leave lamps on all the time. I can check when I get home just to be sure tho if u don't mind waiting a few hours. I'd rather check to be sure. Unfortunately I'm back at work 🙃 but I will be happy to message u as soon as I get home.

oceansbeautiful @chrisonthia oh..the extra bulbs I have are 9 watts...I thought u meant if the bulb is smaller than normal. 😊
