New, unworn flats by Restricted. Light gray fabric, with black velvet burnout design and cute bow. Bottom of shoes have original velour covering on sole, picture shows some lint against the black fabric. Back heels have elastic if you prefer that kind of fit. Was stored in a closet drawer in a non-smoking home.
