Tulle mod mini dress

EUC, good as new adorable retro looking dress made by the Tulle Brand for Anthropologie. So cute in black with a mod pink & green pattern. It has some pleating near the front collar & is sleeveless. Dress is lined & buttons from the waist up, w/ a side zipper & elastic waistband. Pit to pit: 18.5”waist: 14.75” plus a little bit of give from the elastic; shoulder to hem length: 35”.
