These are New old stock - which means.. VERY OLD and unused. The original tags are still on the bottom. Rare find. Very delicate and lightweight bone China. They are thin and have some imperfections due to the handmade nature of manufacturing. A little discoloration on side could be from sticker residue. I have not washed or used the cups. They are not dusty or dirty and presentable for gift giving. Have a sweet shape and not like modern clunky huge mugs and teacups.
