Fringe aztec vest

Microfiber feel , fringe vest … crazy train , size small , here are measurements.. never worn 16 1/2 across vest - width 14 from shoulder to start of fringe - length Full length with fringe is 30 Not sure if it’s kids or adult small , please measure!!!
