Old Navy gingham blue/white sundress SMALL

Old Navy classic sundresses are really so fly. This is a gingham print in white/blue. Elastic across back, side zip, no elastic at waist. Adjustable shoulder straps. NOTE: this is tagged at size M but as you can see the waist is a 26/27 max. And there is no waist elastic. I’m listing as a small please review measurements
