Antique natural turquoise silver crescent brooch

This is an amazing antique natural turquoise silver crescent brooch. It is not stamped but the patina pattern looks like sterling silver. It had the old fashioned C catch to hold the pin. It is about an inch across. The turquoise stones are beautiful and one of the tiny stones has been repaired. In great vintage condition.
