unsure of time period as its made to look as though its from the 40s. Seems to be brown wool cadet fashion cap with a bow made of feathers adorning the side. it is slightly flawed as i included an exaggerated example of how the lining is deteriorating from age. i have since cleared out what was falling out but it still may have some flaking. Given by neighbor Might be donating soon

debilouprice @amandadenney804 so the diameter inside is about 8" when you stretch it. (has an elastic band on the back) it's about 4" deep as well! I hope this helps and if you need more measurements I'll be happy to(:
