kathleenchishol Hi @cindyannebeck! So sorry for the delay. The shell and the lining are both 100% cotton. It is truly a beautiful dress, too big for me right now and I hate to see it go unworn.

kathleenchishol @cindyannebeck sorry about that! The measurements are: chest: 22 inches (the back is smocked so it does provide some stretch), waist: 19 inches, hips: 23 inches, length: 32 inches! Hope this helps!
