bargainsandbows @memmgoff Hi! I'm sorry for the delayed response. I couldn't remember for sure off the top of my head so I pulled the dress to check. The top is a stretchy, textured, jersey knit. Let me know if you'd like me to take any extra photos :)

bargainsandbows @memmgoff My pleasure! No zipper or button closures. This one is a "pull-over" the head dress. Waist is approx. 14" but can stretch out to about 16"
