Hi lovely, I'm interested in buying this dress however, have few queries:
1. Is the dress brand new or used condition? If used, is there any washfade or faults I should be mindful of?

@betsy_oh bust 100cm, waist 120cm, hips 140cm. There’s no elastic. The draw strings adjust to gather and fit.
