Red and Black Pirate Tutu Dress

Adorable handmade Pirate tutu dress. Top is made of a crochet tube top that’s when flat lays 8” wide and 10” long. From top of tube top to bottom of black tulle the dress is 23” long. The ribbon straps when flat are 4” long. The skull and crossbones patch is 2” L and 2 1/2 W the side of the dress has black ribbons that crisscross and tie at the bottom of the tube top. Please measure before purchase. The top will stretch about 4-5” will fit 18M to about 4T my model wears 7/8
