This blouse is amazeballs😀. Not only does it have the astrological signs dressed up as fashionable ladies, it has the most interesting shoulder treatment I’ve ever seen in a blouse. I can’t describe it so just look at the picture to see what I’m talking about. It is a small and the length is approximately 25” and flat lay pit to pit is 17”.
