Tag says $69.50 but I’m pretty sure I didn’t pay that much. I did purchase this at Disney Springs. The back of the dress has elastic back. The bottom of dress is like a weathered look, it’s a sheer material. Not sure if it’s from the material or maybe an imperfection. I purchased the dress that way thinking that is how Roxy wanted the dress to be. Top is 100% viscose. Lower is 100% polyester
