@velvetclay Good Morning and thank you for your interest. The back of the dress is flowing tiered just like the front. The only difference is the Shirring done with elastic thread in the center of the back. We are currently out of town, but I update a picture that I have at hand for you, of the upper back portion of the dress. Hope this helps.
