Vintage Bright Blue Embroidered Fitted Waist Dress! I think this dress is handmade as there are no care tags and the embroidery looks hand done. Excellent used condition with the exception of some loose threads. Please be advised this dress is not lined. I’ve included the measurements below. Based on measurements I think this would fit a size 14-16 the best and have listed it accordingly. All *reasonable offers considered.
