These are the Trantor Sandals from Koi Footwear, size UK 5/US 7. They are cute chunky goth/grungey sandals with a cleated heel and 3 adjustable buckle straps. I bought them off the Noctex site for $92. Never worn, only tried on indoors. I'd say they run slightly large so would maybe fit a 7.5 better.
