Rainbow Fabric/Flag/Curtain

This piece is so cute - but I'm not sure what it was originally! It is square shaped and has a fold of fabric sewn over the top so that it could work as a curtain or flag. All the seams are sewn together but it probably wouldn't be too complicated to make this into a throw pillow cover! Has a couple small marks throughout.
