hand made, lambskin black leather belt made in Italy. I bought it at a store in Florence and have never worn it, so it's in immaculate condition. The leather is braid so you can slip in the buckle latch anywhere. It is 45 inches long, not including the buckle, and 2 inches wide. It can easily fit large to medium waists. The buckle is also wrapped in leather, and has a silver clasp.
