melea_martin @madwesternlvr they are comfortable enough to wear all day. The toe strap is canvas and does not stretch. The suede is padded and has some hidden elastic. The buckle, I believe is connected to the elastic. I love my Vionic shoes. I have too many. I had 2 pair of navy so this is an awesome opportunity for someone that wants orthopedic footwear but can't buy new. I will clean them thoroughly before shipping.
