This vintage pea coat is too cute. It is navy blue and is embellished with velvet throughout the jacket. The cuffs and collar are velvet and the bib has cute velvet bows on it. The pea coat is a button down. The outer shell is 80% wool and 20% nylon. The trimming is 100% cotton and the lining is 100% nylon. The inner lining is 100% polyester. From collar to hem is 24.5”. From shoulder to cuff is 16.5”. Across the back from underarm to underarm is 17”.
