Style details include a full skirt, a high neck, and open back with a thick elastic band for that perfect stay in place feel and a back zip on the lower skirt. The best way for putting this dress on would be completely over the head. Even though the skirt has that zipper you still can’t step into this piece since the elastic does not come unattached at the top. You have to pull it over your head. Don’t want you to be caught unaware if you purchase. Material is polyester/spandex but there’s not a lot of stretch and has a silky lining. Lying flat it measures approximately 37 inches shoulder strap to hem, 18 inches armpit to armpit, and 14 inches at the top of the skirt along the back where the zipper is.
