Patriotic Charming Charlie summer maxi dress, adjustable spaghetti straps (Mlb)

This super cute patriotic maxi dress with added “frilly” layer at the bottom is a size large but definitely made for a tall, thinner woman. It has adjustable spaghetti straps I bought on Posh but still not getting my size right - too used to trying clothes on regardless of size - I’ve posted measurements in pictures - the top/waist are stretch but the bottom not so much 😬 but it is a charming dress! Tag is still on the dress but I did throw it in the wash!!
