@laurenbrunner Hey there - thank you very much for your interest and offer - It is hard to say the actual size because it is a custom made dress. The measurements are definitely accurate. Yes, I measured the waist flat across at 13.5 so that is 27" around. It was sourced at an estate sale on the Gold Coast of Long Island New York.
