Hand painted lacquered box, vintage

This piece is special, I just love it. It's a round black lacquered box about 5" in diameter, and the lid is hand painted in the most vivid colors. Floral motif. There are a couple of chips in the lacquer on the bottom, and a sticky spot that I couldn't get off. All commensurate with age.
