Brand new! Tags still on! Never worn. Off the shoulder look with 3 quarter length sleeves. Sleeves are flared. Dress has built in liner that is attached all the way to the end of the dress as shown in third picture. This makes for no uncomfortable pulling down of the inner lining. Neckline is elastic to wear off the shoulder or closer up on the neckline. Length of dress hits right at the knees for someone that is 5’7.
