This lightweight sweater has horizontal black and white stripes on a ribbed fabric with ruching at the sides. The material is very stretchy. The neck is wide and may be worn as a very wide boat neck or fully off the shoulders. The neckline does not have a sewn hem but is folded over inside (see photo).
