Vintage Chiffon Colorful Strapless Dress 1960s GORGEOUS

I’ve had this dress a long time and unfortunately it no longer fits. Only had an opportunity to wear for a couple of hours years ago. In impeccable condition. Has a beautiful pink velvet accent sash across the bust. Flat measurements are 15” across bustline 13” across waist 39” length. I wanna make sure it goes to a good home
