I really love these end to war rations pieces of clothing. So much fabric, so luxurious! Cotton border print with baroque scrolling. Beautiful attention to detail on the gathering. Metal zipper and button. In Excellent vintage condition. Waist 24” (button could be moved maybe an inch. Length 30”

secondtroy @peartreepie hi. I took these a long time ago and can’t actually see if I had a crinoline under there or not. There is a lot of fabric in this skirt however and it does have some natural poof. The skirt itself does not have an attached crinoline either. It also depends on your waist to hip ratio. When I wore this I had a tiny waist but fairly round hips and it did make it look quite poofy :).

secondtroy About a 38” hip. On another note I didn’t edit the post to reflect there is a hole I. The black band at the bottom of the skirt I. The back which is under an inch long. Repairable and I can walk you through in more detail if you’re interested in it. Hope that helps?
